Patient/Family Advisory Council
Are you interested in learning more about and contributing to the healing environment at Swedish Covenant Hospital?
We invite you to join the newly formed Patient/Family Advisory Council, where you can provide feedback based on your experiences at Swedish Covenant Hospital. As a member of the Council, you would be helping to establish organizational priorities, identify patient service issues, provide feedback and help shape the healthcare experience at Swedish Covenant Hospital.
This group consists of patients, family members of patients and staff members who:
 | Would like to improve the healthcare experience at Swedish Covenant Hospital | | Have had positive and/or negative experiences at Swedish Covenant Hospital, either as a patient or visitor | | Can commit to one committee meeting per quarter | | Are interested in the patient-centered care model

We will hold an informational meeting on July 16th from 11:30am to 1:00pm in the Titus Johnson Room, Anderson Pavilion.
